ORDER DELIVERY
 

1.1  Methods & Place of Delivery

​

The order can be delivered in the following ways:

​

  •  Pickup from the store. The Customer can pick up the items he/she has ordered, free of charge, from the Studio Gallery's store at Farantaton 17, Athens, Attica, Greece and pay in cash or with debit / credit card.

​

  • Shipments with courier companies. The company can ship the order either in Greece or abroad. Shipping charges vary by city or country of return

​

  • For shipments to the areas near our store the charge is 10 euros per shipment.

​​

  • For shipments to the rest of the prefecture of Attica and throughout Greece, BCS and ELTA Courier services are used and the charge is according to the volume of the item you purchased. Please contact us directly for a quote..

​

  • For shipments in Europe, Fedex is used and the charge is according to the volume of the item the Customer has bought. Please contact us directly for a quote.

​

  • For shipments to America & Asia, the company Fedex is used and the charge is according to the volume of the item you bought. Please contact us directly for a quote. In addition to the shipping fee, the Customer will also be charged an amount of 30 euros for handling and customs clearance costs approximately.

​

Purchased items will be delivered to the place specified by the Customer.

​

Any erroneous registration on the part of the Customer and therefore incorrect calculation of shipping costs does not create responsibility for the Comapny, but for the Customer.

​

Since after the receipt of the goods, the risk passes to the Customer, the latter has to check on receipt the products he/she receives, as with his/her signature upon receipt he/she confirms that he/she has received undeservingly the products of his/her order. If the Customer does not receive the product after receipt of the notice to send and despite the relevant notification from the carrier, the Compapny reserves the right to withdraw from the sale.

1.2 Delivery time

​

Delivery is made on specific days depending on the city or country of dispatch:

​​

  • Shipments within Greece​​

    • For shipments in the areas near the Studio Gallery's store: within 24 hours

    • ​For shipments to the rest of the prefecture of Attica: 1-4 days

    • For shipments to the rest of Greece: 2-7 days

​

  • Europe shipments: 2-7 days

  • America shipments: 4-10 days

  • Asia shipments: 5-15 days

​

For remote or inaccessible areas (refers to transportation and delivery of shipments to areas outside the limits of major cities), the delivery may need up to 10 working days to be completed.

​

The delivery time of the products and services sold shall be no more than thirty (30) days from the time of the sale, unless otherwise specifically agreed by the parties, in writing, by e-mail.

​

Delivery time varies by item. In order to be informed on the exact delivery time, the Customer can obtain this information either in the item properties or contacting the Gallery at +30 211 416 6448

​

All delivery times are only estimations, and the Gallery cannot guarantee delivery dates. Customer should keep in mind that in some parts of the world not all delivery services are available.

​

In case Customer wishes to receive the order from our store, he/she needs to contact the Gallery at +30 211 416 6448 and schedule it. All deliveries can be made during Tuesday - Friday at 10:00 to 19:00 and Saturday at 10:00 to 15:00. All of the above require confirmed orders.

​

In case a product from the Customer’s order is in shortage or not in-stock, the Customer will be contacted by the Gallery sales department for a new dispatch and delivery date or for a possible replacement with a similar product. The Enterprise reserves the right to modify the conditions, methods and cost of dispatch without prior notice.

1.3  Force majeure

​

The Gallety is not responsible for delays in the execution of the order (including delivery) due to cases that cannot be attributed to the Company’s fault or due to force majeure and therefore the Company is entitled to an extension of the time for execution.

​

Indicative examples include strikes, terrorist acts, war, supplier / transportation / production problems, exchange rate fluctuations, government or legislative acts and natural disasters.

​

If such incidents last for more than two (2) weeks, the contract of sale may be terminated by any party without compensation.
